Yarde v Buatsi?

Post by Taansend »

Probably just talk but Buatsi is after Yarde.

Yarde is ranked pretty highly at the moment so doubt if there's any interest in it for him. Personally I think this fight is bigger in about 18 months.

After the Okolie v Chamberlain spectacle I think Eddie would do well laying off the prospects headlining a bill for now.

Buatsi's the better boxer, but he's a good bit smaller than Yarde, and I struggle to see how Yarde's power wouldn't be too much for him right now.

How tall is Buatsi? I'm sure I've seen him listed as small as 5'9 somewhere. Sky had him at 6'1 before his last fight. I thought he was about 6'0.

Yarde too far ahead of Buatsi at the moment. The Buatsi Chamberlain fight never caught my imagination but a fight with Yarde would.

Separate promotional banners will prevent this from happening.

How many times in the last 2/3 years have W@rren and He@rn matched their boxers against each other ?

It's a nothing fight right now.

Neither has even reached domestic level yet.

What about Burton? A rematch with Frank would be viewed as fairly even.

Burton vs Buatsi makes sense. Hearn should make that fight.

Exactly. Easy fight to make and tests Buatsi. Burton has done f*ck all since the Buglioni fight, he needs a proper fight desperately
