WBA SANCTIONS JOKE WORLD TITLE FIGHT!!!
The WBA has sanctioned a fight between Sandra “Perla Negra” Robles (20-2) and Brenda “Muñeca” Ramos (9-6) for its vacant 108-pound women's title. Ramos has lost three straight fights and five of her last six. The fight will take place tonight in Tijuana, Mexico will be broadcast by Casa del Boxeo, Azteca 7. Robles fought the WBA 105-pound title once before, coming up short after six rounds to Anabel Ortiz in September of 2015 after an accidental clash of heads pushed the fight to the judges scorecards where she was well behind.

I don't like (and don't follow) the female boxing at all.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑09 Jun 2018, 13:05 The WBA has sanctioned a fight between Sandra “Perla Negra” Robles (20-2) and Brenda “Muñeca” Ramos (9-6) for its vacant 108-pound women's title. This smacks of a desperate employer looking to hire anyone still breathing regardless of the lack of experience or qualifications.
I guess they have a date to fill, and fill it they must regardless of the impression it makes.
In fact the situation with all the various sanctioning bodies is in dire need of reform. It's hard enough to unify all the belts and impossible to maintain that unification.
