Prime Sugar Ray Robinson?
Re: Prime Sugar Ray Robinson?
At his prime Hearns looked impossible to be outboxed. Prime Leonard wasn't able to do it. You had to fight Hearns and knock him out. Of course, it's still wasn't easy at all against such a masterful competitor Hearns was, but Robinson obviously was also an excellent boxer. Furthermore, Robinson could punch hard and Hearns' chin wasn't very good. I actually slighly favour Hearns with his great use of height and reach, more rational fighting approach, but Robinson could pull out a KO victory.

The great Sugar Ray Robinson by knockout. He will force the fight a la Marvelous. To beat the great Thomas Hearns, you gotta pressure him. If not, it's a long night or short fight.
