You’re the one who said ggg was a dumb dumb for not accepting 35. Looks like he’s smarter than you....and richer. ;-)

Canelo's going to be one pissed red haired Mexican.

But at least Golovkin can sooth his wounds with that wonderfully generous payday he fought tooth and nail for.

You know, the one that didn't matter to him because he's all about honor and pride.

He will sooth his wounds by beating crap out of your star, who will hopefully not run that much this time when he is pissed.

And here I thought you were going to apologize to me for being so wrong about your noble hero---who turned out to be just another money grubbing athlete.

He got what he wanted -- getting the other side realize that they can't just dictate and pissing them off.

You are secretly seething that Golovkin is getting 42.5% after saying previously he was only worth 30% and should bite their hand off at 35%.

You're trying to turn it into a moral victory for Alvarez and a slur against Golovkin but you know full well the Alvarez camp had no choice but to give ground to make the fight happen.

By the way, here is what I said on June 7th:

I wouldn't had held it against GGG if he turned it down.
Canelo has no belts and now no Ring title, all he has is money.
GGG got ripped by the judges last time, by Golden Boy on the first fight payday, and by Canelo testing positive and the messing around with the rematch.
It's no wonder he dug his toes in this time.

Lol remember people were saying that GGG is stupid for not accepting 35-65.

He ended up bargaining for 45-55 and got it.

So he's a bad guy for holding out for several million more? After being cheated by both the judges and the PED taking fighter?

Look I never begrudge anyone for seeking more money. Not even Golovkin.

That's capitalism at its finest.

But he played too many games after signing that Cinco de Mayo contract for 35%.

All the sour grapes about judges and PED tests were just obvious smoke and mirrors to suddenly try to extort more money out of GBP.

Golovkin found an opening and Oscar pretty much accommodated him.

Which sort of blows to hell all the claims of Golovkin fanatics who insisted that Canelo was running scared and would stick fast to the 35% figure, hoping Golovkin would turn and walk.

Canelo has bent over backwards to get Golovkin back in the ring. Now he'll demonstrate why he's so eager.

Revenge is always sweet.

Sad to say, but this time GGG will lose badly. The drug addicted already got his skills, power and strategical techniques. He had the experience that the "now 'starting' old boxer" GGG is not that almighty that everybody said he 'is' but that actually, was.

This whole "rivalry" has made me like both of them less. If there was a way both could lose, I'd be pulling for that option.

No, it wasn't. Golovkin was pissed off and refused to be a sheep. He was ready to cancel the rematch and did not accept the ultimatum. Loeffler had a BJS deal for August ready as a backup. DLH had to throw some "Hail Mary" to save the fight.

The phrase in Russian means "The most interesting is still to come".

Canelo will be punished.
