What the hell are they waiting for? These other fights are a massive waste of time. Hammer just made Nelson look like she came off the street. Shields is now fighting a chick 2 divisions smaller. That’s how barren women’s boxing is. The good strikers in the UFC are in the UFC because that’s where the money is. Shields will have to transition over there before long if she wants to make any real money. Better start learning some ju jitsu.

Shields is lucky that showtime is invested in her. Gabriels came up from 154 and was basically landing just as much on Shields.

If they really want to help woman's boxing, put Hammer vs Shields on the undercard of a major fight. That or have it in Germany where there is actually a crowd and atmosphere to the fight.

I thought Shields clearly won tonight. I thought 96-93 or 97-92 would be a fair scores. Other chic gassed after 4 rounds, giving Shields the fight.
