Beibut Shumenov vs Hizni Altunkaya

Post by handsofstone »

Pretty grim weekend on the boxing front but allegedly are showing this Saturday morning, for the vacant WBA Regular Cruiserweight title, last I heard of Shumenov he was retired, never heard of Altunkaya, his only loss was a stoppage to Glowacki

I vowed never to watch Shumenov again after his dire performance against B-Hop. Won’t be changing my mind for this one

BHOp won every second of the fight and dropped him.

And a judge scored it a draw

Shumenov and the WBA is one of the stranger relationships in boxing. They absolutely love him.

He pays Gilberto Mendoza insane money in brown envelopes.

It's not hard to figure out.

aaah, Shumenov. he's a Russian light heavyweight with a Caucasian name so I always assumed he was a total killer. but he's the one who's a bit crap.

shumenov actually had a super legit fast tracked start to his career but hard for me to like him now after the blatant favourtism hes got. not only all the wba shots, but the awful gift vs campillo and the terrible card in his favour vs hop.
