WHY CAN U CONVERT NTSC VHS TO PAL BUT NOT NTSC DVD TO PAL?
Come on all you technology experts fill me in.
You can...
Use a DVD player (multi region) and scart it up to a DVD record (multi region).
Have the NTSC disc in the DVD player, set the DVD to PAL mode.
Have the DVD recorder in PAL mode - put in a blank DISC.
Play on the player, record on the recorder.
What you have recorded is a PAL version of the NTSC disc.
Easy.
