On the subject of Lee v McEwan, can anyone remember many fights where two Brit/Irish fighters have fought in the US or overseas? I can't think of many off the top of my head. Lewis fought Akinwande in the US didn't he?

I remember Herbie Hide losing a fight on a head butted caused cut and it wrecked the prospect of a fight against Danny Williams that had been ordered by the EBU for the EU title. That would have been a good fight at the time.
