beatng usy would be far better then the haye he beat. would be a huge win for bellew to become undisputed champ over a current p4p guy. but would favor usy big. seems just better and hes also naturally bigger and 5 years younger

stll would love to see bellew try. and for usy to bring his roadshow over

Usyk is on a different level to Bellew. He went to Russia and boxed Gassievs nut off! Gassiev ices Bellew as well. Hopefully Ustk goes to heavy and cleans up :bag: Lack of power will be an obvious problem but skill wise he's better than everyone at heavy...

Bellew has accepted the challenge on Twatter! Let's see if he follows through or if he's just fanny farting!

He's about the money mate, if Hearn can make it PPV he'll be up for it, can't see him winning but he'll give him more problems than Gasiev I reckons.

I think Usyk would stop Bellew eventually after boxing his head off. I doubt the money is there to tempt Bellew in to a fight with Usyk....

On the other hand I wouldn't mind seeing Usyk v Ward at cruiser.... I can see Wad coming back...

Ffs! I really like Jamie but that's ridiculous

Bellew is a decent fighter but he's not on the same level as Usyk..... Gassiev would spark Bellew as well IMO...

Bellew paid Breidis step aside money to avoid him and fight BJ Flores FFS.

those type of tweets would mean far more if he actually explained why and how bellew would do it

a lot of ppl on twitter act like bellew beating haye as underdog now means you can never pick against bellew because he always proves ppl wrong yadda yadda

okay, but putting that aside, how does he beat usyk, an olympic champ, top flight boxer who is bigger and 5 years younger. beating haye isnt a route to a win vs usyk

Was shocked to see (not really) that boxing social poll has ‘the public’ voting in favour of Bellew beating Usyk :brick:

Usyk would box rings round Boomer. The corner would pull him out (he’d never retire on his stool cos e ain’t got no quit in im) or the ref would save him from further punishment.

Bellew Carries powah, but so does Gassiev and it did him no good at all.

Breidis, Usyk, Gassiev, Dorticos, Lebedev and Okolie all stop Boomer

I'm not sure about Lebedev and Okolie. Okolie is still very raw while Lebedev looked way past his prime and couldn't even stop a journeyman in his last fight.

Lebedev of two - three years ago would wipe the floor with Bellew.

Okolie we just don't know his current level. If he fought Askin and wiped the floor with him I would actually pick him to beat Bellew.

Don't forget Bellew hasn't fought a live body for over two years.

Eddie says he is ready to make the deal. https://www.BS.com/eddie-hearn ... ek--130202

Eddie knows Bellew has one fight left in him, Ward isn't answering his phone. And this makes big £££
I also don't blame Usyk for seeking a payday- he has earned the right to fight whoever he wants.

After two fights with the corpse of Haye, I'd love to see Tony get conclusively arse whipped for 12 rounds. It won't be enough to shut him up, but it might quieten him down a bit.

I fail to see how Usyk goes round knocking everyone out now. Every thread is on about how he's going to knock out this guy or that guy.
He isn't.
He boxed out of his skin last night but to do that consistently is not easy. He hasn't got the power to move up to heavy and start making big dents.
He should outpoint Bellew, but I'd bet on a Bellew ko win ahead of an Usyk one.

And I personally would be surprised if it gets made. Usyk has pretty much no UK profile at all and I don't see where the money comes from. Bellew could make more fighting Dereck Chisora.

is really every thread about usyk koing people?

i can see him stopping bellew late on accumulation , hes got a very good tank and will prob land plenty. it would hardly be a big surprise imo. he did it vs huck and was very close to it in other fights. id bet on that before bellew knocking him out. hes also 5 years younger then bellew and a lot fresher then haye was.

he just scored a dominant win over a top opponent, i can understand the excitement though some take it too far with the schooling aj stuff

Eddie Hearn will probably offer Usyk Dave Allen just to introduce him to the UK audience and let the Bellew fight 'marinate'.
