How did he manage to go 12 with AJ then?
AJ was happy to coast and win at a canter. As I mentioned earlier, in hindsight, Joshua should have put it on him earlier and took him out.
Why’s that? Don’t sell Parker short just because he lost a close scrap. AJ and McCracken knew what they were at.

He’s a top lad, no doubt. Bit soft and gentle in the ring though.

IJL earned himself a bonus in that final 30 seconds.

115-112 Parker for me. Wouldn't argue a close Whyte win, was a close fight.

Sky's commentary was plain embarrassing tonight.

Agreed , but he was 10 second away from the win and I think Whyte had hurt him several times in the fight

If only he had gambled a round earlier

Had the roles been reversed in the last, do you think IJL would’ve stopped it?

Cause he's soft. Only man to take AJ the distance and got up from that Whyte scud missile that landed flush, he's an absolute wimp.

Probably. I was amazed he didn't stop it given his history.

I thought a close but definite win for Whyte

Yes
Parker also may not have got the benefit of a headbut knockdown and definitely wouldn’t have got away with hitting on the back of the head, grabbing the ropes, low blows or holding the head down and hitting

Fair enough. Wouldn't argue a close decision either way but talk of domination is frankly deluded.
