He'll be fighting Mark de Mori on Dave.
Lee McAllister v Danny Williams
Re: Lee McAllister v Danny Williams
This fight is the only boxing related story on the BBC sport app homepage. No memtion of the O2 card or Mikey Garcia's unification.
If that isn't enough of a joke, they are making out that Mcallister won an actual heavyweight title.

Re: Lee McAllister v Danny Williams
This fight has to be one of the saddest spectacles seen in a boxing ring in recent times. Lee is wasting his talent on what is pretty much unlicenced shows and Danny Williams seems hell bent on securing permanent damage. Lee is capable of challenging for the British title and maybe more -Sky and Matchroom pay well, so I am not sure why he has gone down the BIBA route.
What does he achieve by beating a heavyweight that lost his British Boxing Board of Control licence in 2011 and has been stopped 13 times before and has no reflexes, balance or punch resistence left. It is hard to think of a more hollow victory, save for Trevor Berbeck beating Muhummad Ali. I'd personally like to Lee get in shape and appear on Sky and put his talents to good use and for no one to let Danny Williams in a boxing ring again, including sparring.

It won’t happen mate he’s licensed by biba in all categories so he hasn’t a hope in hell of getting a board licencebig lennox wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 06:54 This fight has to be one of the saddest spectacles seen in a boxing ring in recent times. What does he achieve by beating a heavyweight that lost his British Boxing Board of Control notice in 2011 and has been stopped 13 times before and has not reflexes, balance or punch resistence left. It is about as hollow a victory as they come. I'd personally like to see him get in shape and appear on Sky and put his talents to good use.

It's the exact same medical as the bbbofc mate, that's gospelFloyd the snake wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 03:33 Imagine what the BIBA P4P top 10 would look like Lee Mcallister, Tommy Jacobs have been knocked back by the BBBofC due to criminal convictions & Danny Williams , Nathan Descastro & Iain Weaver have failed medicals which sums up the BIBA .

Re: Lee McAllister v Danny Williams
Ian weaver had the same case as Wayne McCullough a benine cyst that wasn't a danger, the bbbofc made the same decision with McCullough then ended up giving him a license to box Ermeev and Haison after years of hasslebingobango wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 10:15It's the exact same medical as the bbbofc mate, that's gospelFloyd the snake wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 03:33 Imagine what the BIBA P4P top 10 would look like Lee Mcallister, Tommy Jacobs have been knocked back by the BBBofC due to criminal convictions & Danny Williams , Nathan Descastro & Iain Weaver have failed medicals which sums up the BIBA .![]()

Maybe it is and I believe they have brain scans but obviously bibas consultants interpret the results differently to the boards consultants who I believe are subject to approval by the boards insurersbingobango wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 10:15It's the exact same medical as the bbbofc mate, that's gospelFloyd the snake wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 03:33 Imagine what the BIBA P4P top 10 would look like Lee Mcallister, Tommy Jacobs have been knocked back by the BBBofC due to criminal convictions & Danny Williams , Nathan Descastro & Iain Weaver have failed medicals which sums up the BIBA .![]()

Re: Lee McAllister v Danny Williams
Danny Williams gets licensed all over Europe mate, the BBBofC just won't give him a license now as he is totally finished, the board do the same with Journeyman as well, they just take there license. I had a board license for 17 years and still had it the board pulled my license when they got wind of me boxing on a BIBA showquestionmore wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 11:45If its the same then explain how Danny Williams passed his medical ?bingobango wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 10:15It's the exact same medical as the bbbofc mate, that's gospelFloyd the snake wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 03:33 Imagine what the BIBA P4P top 10 would look like Lee Mcallister, Tommy Jacobs have been knocked back by the BBBofC due to criminal convictions & Danny Williams , Nathan Descastro & Iain Weaver have failed medicals which sums up the BIBA .![]()

Re: Lee McAllister v Danny Williams
How rigourous is the medical? Danny Williams' reflexes have totally gone and his punch resistance is non existent, but no one seems to care. He is somehow allowed to box all over the place, picking up defeat after defeat and getting wobbled and stopped time and time again. Its an awful situation. I understand that he has retired but, I suspect, he will continue to box all over Europe .

Yeah it’s sad but boxing commissions deal in money not morals especially the likes of BIBAbig lennox wrote: ↑30 Jul 2018, 13:53 How rigourous is the medical? Read earlier that Williams has ben desperate to retire for years but has been trying to get his kids to finish private school, makes it seem more understandable now, still I'm sure they'd rather their dad have his faculties intact

Friends with Lee Murtagh. The full fight is on there. He’s a prolific poster so it’s a fair bit down on his page.
