Jack Catterall vs OharaDavies - 6th October

Post by Glass Joe »

Jack Catterall vs OharaDavies i think it will be a close fight on the score cards.

Daniel Dubois poor fight, Johnson just a punch bag, tko 6 me thinks.

LyonWoodstockJr vs archiesharp95, got beef and could be fight of the night.

Surprised this isn't in London but would struggle to sell above 5 thousand tickets.

How is it a poor fight for Dubois? He's 20 and going into his 9th pro fight against a durable former world title challenger who just went 10 rounds and took a few rounds off Andy Ruiz in his last fight. Very good matchmaking if you ask me.

Lets be honest we all would like to see that but there's no way FW will make that fight anytime soon. Might be a good thing not to make the fight so early after the Okolie Chamberlain shocker.

johnsons a perfectly reasonable fight for dub at this point, vs good opposition still goes the rounds (which dub needs ) and wins some of them usually

Johnson is a excellent test for DD, as a previous poster pointed out he’s just gone ten with Andy Ruiz and beat Tyson’s extra opponent recently. He has the tools to take DD rounds which he needs now. Domestically I’d have been happy with a run of Sexton then Allan then Gorman so this is good.

Catteral vs Davies is a very good quality European level fight with a bit of edge and Sharp vs Woodstock is a nice domestic fight. Looks a reasonably promising card
