Hammer's power advantage saved her in this one.

Tough way for Halmich to lose the belt. I was looking forward to reading the rematch. She had a great run though.

I guess I pushed her too hard with he power training and her hands gave out, my plan backfired horribly. tough loss but im sure there will be a third bout

How long is the women's season going to be? There should be a third fight for sure - Rijker maybe fulfilled her destiny to become #1 (at least for a while) but it wasn't as satisfying as it could have been. Halmich is still #1 for the season unless Lucia can get a decisive victory against her (and Holm, preferably).

I think we were aiming for a 25-30 week season for the woman. So plenty of time for a third fight, maybe even a 4th encounter.

Ward and Yard actually fought......but it does not show up in the synopsis. Ward won BIGLY.

That's the media for you......choosing not to report on matters that are very important....in order to "slant" the news in a way more pleasing to their porpoises.

In order to get these very porpoises to become polarized, and show up to the polls, and vent their rage.

An ancient and transparent ploy.

Wow that judge really tried to screw me in the fight with Tsunami. Thankfully the other judges recognized it for the clear victory it was.

Nah sort of like. A blind man could've judged this thing, and only the Asian judge favored the Asian fighter.
