Either Bivol or Gvozdyk. Gvozdyk can make some noise in the nearest future, but Bivol can eventually outlast him, cause he's younger.

It's wide open, but for now it has to be Alvarez as he beat the man most considered number one.

Light heavyweight is in a perfect position for a WBSS tournament right now.

Yeah id love to see WBSS tournament in LHW division. Except of fighters mentioned in the poll there are still Kovalev and Stevenson. Also i cant wait when prospects like Buatsi or Pawel Stepien step up.

Bivol for me.
The UK has some exciting prospects, though I don't expect them to be ready this year.
Bivol is young, powerful and has the basics well covered. I expect him to get even better in the near future.

these 4 would have competetive fights against each others if it happens. Don´t think there will be king of LHW.

Bivol I reckon. Buatsi will be up challenging in around 18 months if Hearn gets his head out AJs farter and gets him some decent opponents!

My thoughts too. Alvarez and Stevenson currently hold the top two spots, but only until they fight one of these two guys.

Bivol is the goods.

I have rated Beterbiev but I don't think he will ever have a big fight and will lose unexpectedly at some point.

It's more of a travesty Kov v Beterbiev won't happen than Kov v Stevenson.

How do you think Johnson will get on against Beterbiev? A step too far?

Got to favour Beterbiev by knockout. All Johnsons got to do is go in there throw bombs and hope one lands. There's nothing else he can do to give him a chance.

I think Johnson is live though, he doesn't look intimidated at all.

Would love him to do it but can't see it tbh. Would certainly put him on the map if he wins.

Aren't I allowed to say Joshua Buatse? Ok then I'm voting Bivol.

I think that Pawel Stepien is a better prospect and beats Buatsi

Of course you can, you could also say Callum Johnson if you want. But at world level, I don't think they are quite there yet.

He must be extremely good if you're right.

Umar Salamov, still very young fighter, also didn't deserve to loose his ibf/wbo international belts in australia.(it's sad, a travesty really💲)Can see him only getting stronger and becoming a real force in the division. (His weight against artem redko is wrong on his record btw.)
