Hi I think i've mentioned this before but i was watching Audley vs Julius Long and after the fight the referee said 'And after counting out Julius Long, your winner, Audley Harrison!' Therefore if Long was officially counted out that is a KO rather than TKO, no?

Also, in Audley's fight with Wade Lewis, Wade went down (for the third time i think) and the ref waved it off without a count. Doesn't this also qualify for a KO, rather than TKO?

It's a knockout when the count reaches ten, if the ref waves off the contest sooner it's a TKO
