At the time of the knockout, what were the official scorecards?

No clue about the official scorecards as they're not listed here on boxrec but I had Johnson up 3-0 as he outworked & outscored Spinks over the course of the first three rounds. But, of course, it became a moot point as Michael rendered poor Marvin unconscious once he figured out his southpaw attack & caught him coming in.

Quite a bit of action in a four round fight! That left hook by Spinks looked unbelievable.
Johnson is one of the most exciting and underrated fighters ever. He has several fights on Youtube. His defense was not that good and his chin was just OK. However, he had power and was so tenacious. You could make a serious argument that he should be in the Hall of Fame.
