That would seem to be the case.

Hopefully Loma vs Mikey Garcia will be next after that. That's the big one to make at 135.

It would give him another belt so it's not meaningless, but for a talent like Loma it's just kinda another fight.

I can see the point. Davis is more athletic and explosive than garcia and there are those, and I am one of them, who think lomas footwork would give Garcia problems.

Garcia is the more experienced, proven guy compared to Davis.

He's also bigger.

There's still a lot of question marks surrounding Davis.

With Mikey, by now you know what you're getting.

So, Beltran was supposed to fight Loma and now he loses to Pedraza. It should be Loma vs Pedraza then.

December 1st looks like the Loma/Pedraza fight date.

Not to slag Pedraza, but I feel a lot more like it was demonstrated that Beltran isn't a great opponent for Loma than that Pedraza is one.

agree

i mean pedrazas okay, top 10 now with a belt, for most lightweights hed be a good win, but loma feels like the type of special fighter who you want to see with elite or at least very good opponents each time, otherwise its just ho hum

This one. At least Pedraza somewhat earned it with beating Beltran.
