Altunkaya is a bum he was stopped vs Glowacki and Shumenov, easy win for Lebedev.

He proposed Adamek to fight in 97kg catchweight in Chelyabinsk but Adamek choosed to fight Miller

Ah is that right?

Probably earning more money fighting Miller anyway.

Its true - Adamek's promoter Mateusz Borek said they proposed less money than for Miller fight but he said that even if they proposed more Adamek would choose Miller fight because he wants to try fight last time at HW top level. Money for Miller fight is not bad at first Szpilka was proposed to fight Miller and he said that Hearn proposed him 1.000.000zl which is about 300.000 dollars so i doubt that Adamek earned less

Altunkaya didn't come to fight, what was clear initially though.

Forward to 3:30:00 for Lebedev’s fight. He had a really good intro. God knows what they were saying.

Nice dive by Altunkaya.

Also, Lebedev looked fat/out of shape.

man some ppl sound pretty harsh on den. i mean only year and a half ago he fought extremely closely with a gassiev who then easily knocked out wlod and pretty comfortably knocked out dort. and hes old but there are still some guys who are still pretty handy at his age. he could defo still be a top 10 even though hes not up there with the very top guys anymore. he at least stopped this guy faster then glowacki did and much faster then shumenov did. the straight left still came out sharp.

maybe the whole not entering the wbss/getting in the way of usyk-bellew/not putting the wba up vs gass has made some ppl turn a bit on him

Lebedev was pretty inactive after Gassiev and his age is critical, so it's not surprising, that he declined. Furthermore he could have crappy preparation, cause he and his team obviously knew, whom they was going to face. In addition to everything the fight itself ended like Altunkaya took a dive. And now after all this stuff there's a talk about Lebedev being mandatory for Usyk's WBA, what allegedly can spoil Usyk-Bellew status (a bout for the undisputed championship). Those points explain all the criticism of Lebedev.

he dived? not sure. think he just realized in there he was out of his depth and got hurt with the straight left in the eye and decided it was enough

not really what i consider a dive where hes arranged ahead of the fight to lose. he went longer vs glowacki and shumenov too.

to me theres not yet any clear evidence that den is no longer a pretty solid fighter in top 10 range

I'm actually not sure about the dive either. The punch didn't look hard, but, yeah, probably it could hurt the eye or something like that.

Perhaps you're right. But Lebedev is not likely to be at the very top. I definitely will favour Usyk, Gassiev, Briedis, Bellew, Dorticos over him. Glowacki also, but with the lesser assurance.

ya id favour most those guys over him too, but i think hes still a player for now and can maybe beat some guys on the next tier

also worth pointing out that guy like dort for some reason gets rated as this top cruiser above leb even though gassiev beat him much more decisvely then he beat leb, and also dort had hell of a tough time with kalenga, who leb beat without nearly as much battle...basically leb got flashed knocked down but otherwise handily out boxed kalenga, whereas dort was down on the cards and in a gruelling struggle

and ya i know den is up there age wise, but still until he really shows obvious big decline i think ill give him benefit of doubt as still being a player. just think its a bit harsh what im seeing from some people about him

He didn't show an obvious big decline, but there were some marks of certain decline. Of course, the fight was short, but Lebedev looked a bit sluggish and rusty. So even considering past accomplishments of Dorticos and Levedev I'd pick Dorticos now due to him being fresher and faster.

Can someone explain to me why Jarell Miller is only -1500 against Adamek? That should be -15000.

As for Denis they’ll probably feed him to Usyk next which will end him.
