Dominant display of good speed and power. Good step up for "el animal" (wtf? Would like to know who came up with that) compared to whom the other "future hw-forces" are fighting, top notch after only 6 bouts with turner and now mansour on his record. He looked strong but almost a bit careless. He's in good shape, has time to fill out his tall frame bit more (others may find that NOT necessary but it will happen anyways with age) to take on the really big guys. They should at least give him 2, 3 more years before going for a title.

Some of those wild overhead swingers from mansour came awfully close to find their target, but hrgovic didn't seem bothered, guess he felt confident mansour couldn't hurt him, would like to have seen one land.

If he's in there with a rangier guy who's a tad faster, i don't know if that pulling back straight with both hands down would be so healthy for him.

A tiny bit dissapointed by the old guy. he hesitated to take a knee in the second, yes, he had enough, was clearly overpowered, but could have easily got up in time and tried to get a few more bombs in there. But if he wants to earn a few mor cheques, guess it was the right decision. For 46 he's still in amazing shape, no need to hang em up.

Yeah, the comparison has already been very likely and now it's even more visible.

Hrgovic looks like a force for the future in the HW division. He may not be the first of this group to get a world title shot, but he will be ONE of the first!! :OhYes:

Yes, in my view West is Best!!

By the way, I had a friend named Ilya who is Russian. Is it safe to assume you are too?

Yes, my friend, I am, but I grew up in, and live in, the US.

The west coast is nice because you can see the sun set over the ocean. On the east coast you have to get up too early to see the sun rise.

Adislav - We'll have to see when Hrgovic moves up in competition, but I was super impressed today. I didn't know that Mansour is 46. He's been a pro boxer for 21 years.

Well he spent 10 years in prison. 2001 tio 2011. Then entered a halfway house.

I have to say I am bit disappointed with Mansour. He didn't give it all in the ring.

Well Hrgovic looked good anyway and hopefully we will see him step up soon.
