I can, I remember being in a KFC once and the combined age of the staff on the counter can't have been 60 years old.

I think if you're duty manager at 18, then there is a good chance by the time he is in his early 20's he could be an area/regional manager.

Exciting times for the young lad.

It seems that 50% of the workforce of this country are now "managers" when really all they do is unlock the shop, book the holidays or do the rotas. Ask them to make make a proper managerial decision like increasing productivity or turnover and they wouldn't have a clue. It's a bit like Gareth being a team leader in The Office. A pound-an-hour Generals.
