Nice stay busy win for Gomez. With the MDT winding down, he'll get back to having more options.

Hot/cold Tiozzo strikes again, looks like Gomez has to get ready to face him again. As for Norris, assuming Gomez holds onto his title for a few more weeks, I can definitely see Gomez giving him a shot again. Norris was one of Gomez's toughest 3 fights this season. We'll see what happens.

His toughest Cruiserweight opponent has undoubtedly been James Toney. The guy that beat him :OhYes:

His toughest fight in order to me were:

May
Tiozzo I
Norris
Toney

Not to say Toney wasn't a tough fight, but I thought Gomez won. At worst a draw. Norris I thought was a draw, with a lean to Gomez, if you had to pick a winner. Tiozzo would have been a draw if he didn't get deducted a point. I thought Gomez actually lost the May fight. All 4 fights were close, but out of all 4, the only one I thought Gomez honestly won without dispute was the Toney fight.

We talked about a rematch for a belt before MDT, but you seemed reluctant to have the fight. Still half a season to go, so plenty of time.

Anytime the MDT or the Super Six or anything big like that is approaching I tend to be more tactical in my opponent selection.

Anytime the MDT or the Super Six or any fight at all is approaching I tend to get really skeered and run away from just about all opponents, especially the GBP crew.

FIXED!!!
