What he did this time was legally shady, whereas I dunno what the law says about nonviolently abusing mentally handicapped strangers. It's clearly an offence when they're under your care, as we've seen care workers convicted for cruelty. But taking advantage of the vulnerable on the streets and filming it... I imagine that's only a matter for your conscience.

In theory I'd imagine he could certainly be done for soliciting, and inciting an assault, and possibly defamation too.,

He won't and shouldn't receive a custodial sentence for this, but he needs to be taught a lesson so he stops this idiotic behaviour.

I do wonder if he does have some sort of mental issues, because he behaves like a total idiot on a regular basis, or maybe he's just subnormal intelligence, something's certainly not right anyway. He talks like a 12 year old in interviews, maybe that's his mental age?
