I don't know, I don't care. I've not actually supported AJ it just makes me laugh how 100% people are convinced with zero evidence or knowledge of how the body works/sports science/training etc. The sh1t people have been spouting is laughable. And your assumption that everyone on this forum or at least this thread has no experience or knowledge of how the body works/sports science/training etc is insulting. We are not all sitting on our arses posting on forums all day mate.danconnollyeire wrote: ↑21 Sep 2018, 11:16I don't know, I don't care. Some may have seen the inside of a gym. May even have, gasp, studied nutrition and, I know this is hard to believe, actually studied sports science and hell, know a little bit about training and so have a very educated and experienced position to express an opinion.
You literally know nothing, literally nothing, about the actual background and experience of posters to make YOUR assumption.

So I guess he is on PEDs
I cannot see AJ being on PEDs, the crash would be too big, the only time I think he could have been on them is during that period he had off between ams and pros.
I think a guy training every day, all day, with top conditioning coaches, top nutritionists could achieve AJs body style.
Maybe he is on PEDs but surely not to just have a pretty body?
Based on Ronaldo and Messi's freakish performances over the last 10 years I'd say they are.
Re: AJ and PEDs....?
Ronaldo is shredded to bits? Sorry but fck me the average guy has a different perspective of "shredded to bits". The best I have seen Ronaldo is low bodyfat, good condition, decent six pack, low mass and not a lot of tissue BUT he does not need any tissue, he does not need mass, he is not a bodybuilder, he is a fcking great footballer and is built for purpose but NO, he is not "shredded to bits", only to a really inexperienced eye.banjo wrote: ↑21 Sep 2018, 16:24nitro5912 wrote: ↑13 Sep 2018, 11:19 So Cristiano Ronaldo is shredded to bits, absolutely shredded far better than AJ is. Re: AJ and PEDs....?
To say that someone like Ronaldo is on gear because he is "shredded" is just silly talk.

This one is me and I am complete fcking garbage at bodybuilding, awful genetics, crap at being strict with my diet, an office pussy and desk jockey and in my 40's

(Shredded) Ronaldo.

Re: AJ and PEDs....?
By the way those trying to use the example of Ronaldo or anyone else who comes in “shredded “, getting shredded is actually in all of us And is literally a case of following a negative energy balance for extended period of time whereas gaining substantial muscle mass is beyond nearly everyone naturally even if following every piece of suggested training and nutrition and science perfectly
Re: AJ and PEDs....?
I can’t see how AJ isn’t on peds Haye also was on them imo. I’ve taken enough of them myself to know when somebody is on them. As above forget footballers maybe they would take anavar or clenbuterol to lose some fat. The amount of cardio needed in boxing strips you of muscle no matter how much protein you consume. I would imagine he’s on hgh and test suspension in and out the system in 6 hours. I’m certain that uk doping want a cut a will oversee certain things. No way is AJ natty no way
Re: AJ and PEDs....?
Pretty much my thoughts although I am not sure I agree about boxing and cardio stripping muscle but it certainly would prevent gaining any naturally. Eat enough, look after MPS l and do not create a huge energy balance deficit (if any at all as not needed at heavy) and you should prevent it stripping muscle.Spiker wrote: ↑22 Sep 2018, 05:02 I can’t see how AJ isn’t on peds Haye also was on them imo. Re: AJ and PEDs....?
ronaldo has a totally different body type then aj, ronaldo clearly has low fat but obviously nowhere near the same muscle mass

No.
I don't think that AJ would be that stupid.

Re: AJ and PEDs....?
Exactly that. Eat less. Move more. You will eventually be low body fat. Simple as that despite the BS the fitness and BB industry tries to tell you.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑22 Sep 2018, 06:23Yeah I think people are just meaning low body fat when they’re saying shredded
However like I said, gaining the amount of mass AJ has, ON AN ALREADY HEAVILY TRAINED ADULT BODY certainly raises eyebrows. The level of mass is not at all suspect, the gain is.

What’s your opinion of Lennox after he joined Steward? He seemed to have some pretty rapid and hefty gains?tobyh5 wrote: ↑22 Sep 2018, 07:28Exactly that. Eat less. Move more. Re: AJ and PEDs....?
Massive gains but equal fat gains too. Was filled out hugely but did not remain the same lean levels which lend me to think natural. Kinda like the difference between in-season and off-season bodybuilder.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑22 Sep 2018, 07:30What’s your opinion of Lennox after he joined Steward? Show shape at a probable 6-8% and dry as a bone, few months later and a beefy strong 15+%, performance completely different off-season. Look fuller, much stronger, more energy etc. That is what the difference looks to me, just not as cardio driven, better nutrition, eating better and more, not trying to drop down in weight and retaining more strength.
May be hugely wrong, just my feeling. Where the two guys differentiate was Lennox got softer, AJ remains lean and hard.

Bruno bulked up AJ wise, as did Holyfield.
When Lewis put on weight it was more like Ali did

ah yes, good old evan fields
Re: AJ and PEDs....?
Dillian Whyte already did. Said they used to travel and share rooms together. AJ would go into the toilet and inject. He said this in the build up to their first fight. Whyte wasn't sued for slander either.Wigan_Unathletic wrote: ↑06 Sep 2018, 07:03 You'll find out soon enough when he loses, once the golden goose has been smashed to bits, loads will squeal if he is on gear.![]()
