I am not surprised, he arguably lost to Akavov and then dominated Lemieux. Such improvements in short term are suspect.
Re: Saunders failed Vada test
Damn, it could have been a good fight. And Saunders could have been an interesting figure in the division. But he's blowing his opportunities. IOnce time-off, now this.

Oxilofrine. Some Amphetamine shit found in dietary supplements.no roids or somer other shit! Who cares? Let's see.
Re: Saunders failed Vada test
I'm sure, he got caught just because of his controversial behavior outside of the ring. Right after that, dammit. The chiefs isolate undesirable elemements from the scene.adislav123 wrote: ↑27 Sep 2018, 14:37 Oxilofrine. Some Amphetamine poo found in dietary supplements.no roids or somer other poo! Who cares? Re: Saunders failed Vada test
ya, or maybe the guy with previous noted stamina problems , who is now stablemates with proven drug cheat, simply used a ped that helps with stamina

Couldn’t happen to a nicer person. Utter horror of a man (I use that term loosely).armageto wrote: ↑27 Sep 2018, 14:09 Saunders failed Vada testing, so Andrade fight is probably off

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
VADA testing = VOLUNTARY testing.
If you're going to agree to the tests you had better take the time to research the banned list AND any supplements you are using.
Oxilofrine is in a lot of supplements.
If the fighter doesn't do the research and gets caught with a banned substance in his system he has nobody to blame but himself.

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
It’s more than that. Nobody takes steroids anymore. The PEDS have advanced. This is same substance that Tyson Gay and Gatlin got busted for. It aids stamina and weight loss.adislav123 wrote: ↑27 Sep 2018, 14:37 Oxilofrine. Some Amphetamine poo found in dietary supplements.no roids or somer other poo! Who cares? Let's see.

Saunders on speed? What a stunner ![[icon_e_biggrin.gif] :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
Isn't this one of the guys who gave Canelo so much grief about using banned substances?
I guess the old cliche "People who live in glass houses....." applies here.

It’s too premature for me to criticise Billy Joe Saunders just yet, but I’m fȕck¡ng p¡ssȅd off if the Brit has somehow cheated. The Ingle gym has a proven track-record of training fighters that are clean of PED’s.
The thing is, even if Saunders is technically innocent of any wrongdoing, he’ll still receive an automatic ban and be stripped of his title, because of the rules of the WBO.
Saunders may even be blacklisted for the foreseeable future from being given opportunities to engage in bouts against his big-name peers.
This is so fȕck¡ng bad for Saunders.

I have no idea if he is innocent or guilty. I'll await the B sampleEnlightened-One wrote: ↑27 Sep 2018, 15:18 It’s too premature for me to criticise Billy Joe Saunders just yet, but I’m fȕck¡ng p¡ssȅd off if the Brit has somehow cheated. But ironic that such a jerk is getting hell this week. If anyone deserved to be treated like crap he fits the bill

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
I think that Saunders and his buddy Tyson Fury, both employed insincere WWE-like antics outside the ring, because their fighting styles are incompatible with the paletts possessed by the mainstream masses.tiny_acres wrote: ↑27 Sep 2018, 15:21I have no idea if he is innocent or guilty. I strongly suspect that both guys are nowhere near their boxing marketing personas.
Just because Saunders portrays himself as being the stereo-typical “bad guy” to the boxing media, it doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s like this in real-life.

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
B sample is always the same as A sample. Its intention is to exclude mix-ups which never actually happen.
Now it will be interesting to see what WBO does. Maybe Andrade should fight Charlo for the title?

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
Andrade can be matched against Alvarez on december with Saunders title on the line, bring it on

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
Wow, how silly does this guy look now? All that talk, acting a fool, to let this happen is a costly blow. Are the WBO' s rules clear on what will happen next?
Re: Saunders failed Vada test
..let's see what his excuse will be..I hope it's not British beef or something..

The Lemieux fight makes sense now. His conditioning in the fight was very high compared to his previous fights.

Re: Saunders failed Vada test
fr@nk w@rrens company ( bjs promoter) released a statment saying it was a nasal spray and that theres no issue since under uk anti doping the drug he tested positive for is allowed up until i think the day of the fight
but other sources saying that its the rules from jurisdiction where the fights happening that matters, i guess well see what happens, im not sure which set of rules apply, but it would seem strange to me if only the uk standards mattered for bjs even when hes not fighting in the uk. would be a mess if two guys boxing each other had different set of testing standards
