Wow. Fair play Smith. Man can punch! Left hook to temple countering right hook did the damage.

Smith was winning comfortably prior to the stoppage. He had Groves number.

Didn't expect Groves to quit. He was gutsy. He got caught good though.

I was gone through most of it, but I saw the last few rounds. Looked like Smith was giving him a thorough ass kicking. He definitely was there at the end. Great win for Smith.

I've not seen him do it since, but he does have it in him for sure.

Hope not, unless it's in rounds 7-12
 and that's not just your wallet talking?
It was nervous work getting there! Had either fighter in ruins 7-12

This fight was on Friday!?

No one thought to mention that beforehand?

Smith was excellent. He boxed rationally, he placed the crucial shot well, he developed the success handily.

Excellent finish,
Is it me but was that last punch not highly illegal.

Not going for the controversial angle but surprised no one has mentioned it.

Yeah it wouldn't suprise me if Groves was winded to f uck on the floor and that's why he stayed down.

That final assault in the corner was a thing of beauty. Very well timed, and measured attack to close the show. A vicious right driven into the body, uppercuts, sweeping right hands up top...all well timed, and pretty accurate.

Well done to Smith ,they generally get a bad rap the Smith lot , but Callum always comes across really well and well deserves this win .
Groves should probably jack it now after being a great servant to the sport .

Sometimes I think Paul Smith would need to tell Prince Naz who Prince Naz is.
