Serious question, do they have drug tests in WBF ? ‘Inside’ and ‘outside’ of competition.

From this, I think he means he is in fact part of biba but can't reveal who he is, not that he is Tommy Jacobs.

I was confused too!

Why?

I don’t know how good or otherwise Tommy Jacobs is or what has lead him to box via BIBA as obviously if he is top level this limits his opportunities.
Still, good enough for Roy Jones good enough for me.

I’ve seen a couple of his title fights, he looks a couple of levels above his competitors but hard to judge where he would sit domestically were he campaigning under BBBofC route...

It’s not a ‘foundation’ title, Foundation is in the place of Organisation, Federation or Association etc

I don’t think he can get a board licence as I believe he’s still on licence from a 12 year prison sentence

Oh I see, well that makes sense then. As I said, it’s hard to gauge his level from the couple of fights I’ve seen, but maybe his opponent if he gets a ‘world’ title shot will be somewhat of a known quantity.

Won’t be a proper title against a well known opponent though as the board would put a stop to it
Which is a shame for the lad imo

And we do not want that sort in the BBBofC, what with boxing being the contested by scholars, doctors and barristers who back slap their opponent across their cravats with a drivers leather glove at the contract signing.

It would be against an Australian named Tommy Browne

Watched a couple of Tommy's fights and been honest he could box for the southern area title , puts the BIBA in to perspective when their sanctioning it as world title fight , has anybody actually ever defended a title on a BIBA show or is every title a vacant fight ?

Ah yes, he won it with the UBF and UBO titles just recently, but did get blasted out in two rounds by an ancient Anthony Mundine earlier this year...
