Marco McCullagh almost home on points, but has a worrying "might go @ any minute" look...

Mexican should be docked some points by now. He did land a decent hook towards the end.

Refs had enough. 2 warnings. No deductions. He’s straight DQ’d the Mexican.

Ward wins.

Don't think Conrad Cummings leaving the McGuigan stable has worked out too well. Remember when he headlined a show in Belfast and now he is a float.

McCullagh is a putting on an impressive masterclass against Kennedy.
So dominant it's a boring fight.

Good bill of boxing, but I wouldn't pay a penny to watch McCullagh box. Stunk the joint out IMO. I like a good mover but in between the running he grabbed on at most opportunties, which is actually against the rules and the referee should have stamped it out.

I had McCullagh winning 99-91, I wouldn't argue with a round or 2 closer because he was doing a lot of running without throwing, if he's gonna fight on the backfoot as much as that then he'll have to learn to start letting his hands go more, he has excellent footwork and a top notch engine but he was a bit boring tonight, Kennedy never once tried to change his tactics, I know its a lot easier said than done against a slick southpaw like McCullagh but rounds 1 to 12 were near identical, Kennedy just marched forward with no real thought

Shit fight and a shit watch all round, the best fight was the 4 rounder with McCrory/McGlinchey

Ive no real qualms about the bill itself or the matchmaking, I just thought none of the fights really gelled, just a handful of good rounds overall
