By fighting Fielding for that smw semi-wba strap Canelo would probably aim for a fight with Callum Smith (WBSS winner). Also at smw Canelo has a few good possible opponents that would increase the latino viewers like Ramirez , Benavidez and Uzcategui. I think Canelo/his team did a good move. People would say he's daring to be great by moving up and also his ATG's status would get solid.

Meanwhile GGG will be left at mw division with real threats like Jacobs/Derevyanchenko, BJS/Andrade, Jermall and I suspect that guys like Hurd and Munguia will move up at mw in a few years. GGG should tfight Murata in Japan and call it a day.

Smith and Ramirez I'd say. GGG vs BJS/Andrade winner is a nice one but I think GGG would also make good money with less risk by fighting Murata in Japan.

Canelo is the cash-cow of boxing. They would be glad to fight him. Canelo will fight whoever will solidify his ATG status. I tell you that Canelo would rather fight Callum at 168 then go down and be chased by Jacobs and Jermall.

both Charlo and Jacobs are biggerr than Canelo, so if they really want to chase him there is no problem of chasing him at 168 . But as i said, Alvarez will go down to 160 again.
