I remember Hearn saying the first opponent he had planned was Travis Kauffman!

I'm gonna suggest that publishing an email with 'strictly private and confidential' as the first line may not be the smartest gambit, from the legal standpoint.

Did Tyson really get 5 mill a fight for those 2 warm ups?
I can't see those shows generations enough cash to pay him
Perhaps FW is digging deep into his savings and hoping to recoup in the Wilder fight

What I was thinking.

What would he have paid Frampton st Windsor? Or Flanagan at Manchester?

Like you said, digging deep into his savings, or BT would have helped with that.

I can't see the problem, it was emailed to him personally and is about him, if Fury wants to share his own email what law has he broken?

Did Eddie expect Fury to win the first two , , must be some serious dislike there , because them 3 fights really would all of been easier than Wilder

is it actually that simple with the laws ? i see what you mean but there can be all sorts of even seemingly little things that are in fact legally significant , i have no idea about here though

Its mad amounts of money for a guy I don't even see as a box office draw. Are our memories that short on how boring he is? Sure I appreciate the skills, I just wouldn't pay to see them. :stop:

Just how does it make Eddie look at tit??

Eddie will have a personal opinion on Tyson as a fighter, bit he'll also have his buisness head on.

If Tyson got paid 5m for his warm ups then no wonder they made the wilder deal, Frank will be looking to recoup some of that outlay.

He didn’t criticise Fury until he fought. Fury’s had 2 fights since he’s been back - both have been boring, uncompetitive against overmatched opponents. Is that unfair?

Since these fights Hearn has come out and said how boring a fighter Fury is. Fury is a great talker and publicist but the way he fights, whilst being effective, is dull - particularly against opponents you would hope he’d try to look more impressive against.

As someone mentioned Hearn’s plan was someone like a Kauffman, then Whyte, then Bellew. Each fight would have been well received by us fans (unless Kauffman was the main event on a PPV!).

I wonder if Fury really did get £5m for Seferi and Pianeta. I’d be amazed if that was the case but it would explain why they’re seemingly rushing into the Wilder fight.

I don’t really see how this does anything other than show that Hearn values Fury at a little over half the figure BT do?
I imagine that Hearn thinks Tom Cruise is a useless boxer but I suspect he would pay him £3m to be on a PPV.

I don't see why not, its a personal email and they had no contract together.

P&C is an expectation not a legally binding statement, it means ‘please don’t share’, nothing more.
