So whilst the size of the TV audience that watched Naoya Inoue’s latest bout was impressive, you need to consider the 5.5m peak views in its true context.

Kanto has 42.5m people so the figure for all of Japan is presumably much higher.

Unfortunately figures have only been made public from Kanto and not the whole country
