King seems very complimentary all of a sudden about Hatton, as far as we know he doesn't have options, but methinks he is rather keen on signing Hatton.

Can't imagine it happening either, particularly after hearing how King paid himself half of the $4m purse received for delivering Mayorga, and the fact he still owes him $200k from his last fight! Hatton does not need King at all. He can get big fights if he wants - but does he really want them that much?

I love it when Spud thinks he actually knows what he is talking about.
Spud, learn the business beofre you open your mouth. King is hardly going to worry about Steptoe and Son if he wants Hatton he will get him, history tells us that.
My hunch is he doesn't want him as he knows his dad is a fool and his trainer is a pain in the arse.
