If Wilder goes for the unification, this will be an easy win for Wallisch and me. :yay: :OhYes:

It's insane that after 5 years in the heavyweight sweepstakes, Wallisch still hasn't even made a slight move in the direction of ambition. In fact, his boxrec rating is only 2 points higher than it was 7 years ago, and he still hasn't fought a better-rated opponent than Yakup Saglam in 7 years.

Absolutely! I suppose it's no crime to lack ambition but I'd at least like to see him face Tom Schwarz if Schwarz feels ready once he's seen off Senad Gashi.

6 years in & still 3 left.

Current Standings:

Deontay Wilder 40-0 - Diamond WEAPON
Michael Wallisch 19-0 – Belanio
Tyson Fury 25-0 – ReggieDiggs

Wilder vs Fury fight on Dec. 1
Wallish fights Christian Hammer on Dec. 15

There's only onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnne Tyson Fury!!!!!!!

Are Diamond WEAPON & Belanio still alive?

Hammer is a huge step up fight for Wallisch. Hammer's won 16 of his last 18 fights & his only losses are to Fury & Povetkin. And he's beaten several guys ranked higher than Wallisch & were in this game during that run like Price, Teper & Larsen. So Dec. 15 could be the end. And Dec. 1 could decide the winner.

I'm gonna be mad if Fury loses & I come in 3rd after 6 years cuz Wilder was the pick I wanted, but Diamond got in that thread before I did.

Wallisch will do similar as The Cobra Gjergjaj... IMO he loses when he steps into the real big leagues

Well, I'm still alive. And I fear I'm more alive than Wallisch will be after his fight with Hammer. This is way out of his league :box: .

LOL. Nice. I hope DW is still alive.

But hey man you've done great cuz if anyone would have told me Wallisch would be in the final 3 & is guaranteed to get 2nd or better I'd think they were crazy.

I forgot the rules would a draw knock out both Wilder & Fury?

wallish was a good pick, its not just about ability. you always have to consider prolonged bottom feeding.. legit contenders and champs will usually be facing much tougher challenges eventually because those offer big returns, but guys like wallish who are well removed from serious contention can aimlessly fight crap for years

I second that :TU: . And it helped that he spent a year in jail.

dangerous bodily injury. He was in a brawl at the Oktoberfest. It didn‘t go well for his Dutch opponents. Wallisch was sentenced to 26 months. He went to jail in 2013. After 2/3 of his sentence he left confinement on probation.

Wallisch was never in the fight. Tried to get out of it in the fourth due to headbutt that he played up but good. Great win for Hammer!

ya looks like wallisch was short on heart and toughness, tbh that seems about right for a guy who spent so much time taking no risks in his career. hammer on the other hand has been in with some of the best.

Absolutely right. I must say I'm surprised how few and far between are German heavyweights who can fight. I really don't think Tom Schwarz is likely to buck the trend either. It strikes me as odd for a people who have shown an aptitude for fighting throughout their history, admittedly not while wearing boxing gloves.

Max Schmeling then who ?

Yeah forgetting about him. I was thinking Jurgen Blin and then ... dear Lord ... Berndt August

Despite my memory lapse I think the point is reinforced isn't it?
