they used to be about evens, those are great odds imo for what is in reality clearly a fight favouring wilder

You can get 6/4 on Wilder by KO. If you fancy Wilder that's got to be the way to go. If Fury don't get caught he's boxing Wilders ears off

yes thats even better

just dont see fury keeping it up and going all the way. i would be very surprised. however good he may have been (up for debate), he treated his body like shit, wont have faced a live opponent in 3 years, has split with peter, and is going into what wouldve been a very tough fight anyway having not done a lot of thing right for the most part over 3 years.

add to that, if he is as negative as weve seen, even if hes maybe outboxing wilder a bit will he get the rounds? wilder i tell you is unlikely to be as passive as wlad and will look like hes at least going for it more

Fury stoppage. Basically I dont rate Wilder all that much. :TU:

Tyson to maul him and lean all over him, Wilder to gas completely by round 10

that might be a good strategy actually, rather then all the outside movement stuff. get inside wilders ideal right hand range and try to be rough. lean on him, hold and hit, walk him back, etc (basically what fury did to cunningham after getting floored)

fury used to show a decent inside game before he morphed into the ultra negative boxer and wilders limited in his output without the right hand or long distance shots

but whatever the approach is i just struggle to see wilder not pulling it out in the end

And maybe Fury will maul him inside indeed. The Gypsy King is a crafty fella, he'll figure out, how to handle Wilder.

I think it’s absolutely the best way for Fury to beat Wilder. Close the gap, Wilder can’t throw his single shot.

Fury used to mix it up nice on the inside back in the day before he became boring and negative.

I think Tyson/spinks and Jones/ Griffin 2 are the only major fights I got this correct on, not that I've said it often....Wilder ko1

That should be his strategy. He's too easy to hit to stay outside all fight against wilder.

wilder has the power for it but often starts pretty slow. will be interesting to see if he comes out hard right away looking to make a statement

If Fury gets into his boxing rhythm he wins this by late stoppage.

I'd like to think Fury (on skill/experience) but have a feeling Wilder will be too much for him now.

Fury will completely box wilders head in from angles he's never seen before

Wilder won't know where to start

Will keep loading up for that big right, missing, wasting energy and getting peppered with shots :bag:

Fury will surely be ahead of points regardless of when Wilder might KO him. Doesn’t matter if you’re ahead if your stopped. We all know Wilder is usually behind on many peoples scorecards before his KO’s his opponents regardless of what the official judges scorecards read.

The thing is, Fury is far better, than all Wilder's previous opponents. Wilder handled a lot of them late. Fury is more skilled, more elusive, so Wilder can fail to figure out, how to land the money punch during the set distance. He'll need 20 rounds, not just 12, to find the key against Tyson or have him tired, unless he's tired himself earlier, what btw will be a very possible scenario even in their actual 12 rounds, cause Fury can wear Wilder down both inside and outside.

I dont think fury is elusive at all. Perhaps I'm just missing it. I think he's easy to hit.

I really like Fury but I don't see this slick boxer with superb defensive skills that I keep reading about.
