Training for amateur boxing

Post by Adelson Lefty Lima »

hello my friends, my name is Adelson, I'm from Brazil, training muay thai for four years, but I want to start boxing training with the goal to debut in amateurs, the problem is that due to my work I have at most one to one hour and half to train, does anyone suggest a good workout program for this?

In any case, you need to train in the boxing hall with a good coach and sparring partners. Otherwise it's better not to make your debut
