Training for amateur boxing
hello my friends, my name is Adelson, I'm from Brazil, training muay thai for four years, but I want to start boxing training with the goal to debut in amateurs, the problem is that due to my work I have at most one to one hour and half to train, does anyone suggest a good workout program for this?
