I booked work off tomorrow but not the media workout. Then realised when Hearn posted the tweet. So I was buzzing. My mates finishes work in the City Centre and finished at half 4, so going to meet him then.

Usyk took some good Briedis' shots and overcame being rocked by Gassiev. Bellew's powah probably wouldn't be enough too. If he even manages to land clean.

Froch is clearly good friends with Bellew, he is just clutching at straws to think of ways his pal might win. I doubt he actually believes any of it.

I can see Bellew landing the left hook flush and Usyk barely blinking.

Usyk Is the real deal and Bellew is all hot air. He’ll get found out quicktime, then go and cash in his check, still banging on no doubt about what a legend he is.

Usyk is surely far too good... but what odds the gobby scouser somehow......somehow....lands a big shot and

I can't believe that people actually think Bellew will win the fight. Even if he does land some kind of FLUKE shot it is still a completely horrible prediction to pick him to win. On all known form he should get completely outclassed from first bell to last, if it goes the distance.

For christs sake if I was pushed I would take Usyk to school Joshua and Wilder. I consider it a monumental insult to my intelligence to read anything giving Bellew a realistic chance of winning the fight. As far as I'm concerned, there is no shame whatsoever in getting schooled by Usyk. People need to get realistic about this fight. If Bellew goes the distance I'll consider it a moral victory.

To be clear, I expect Usyk to win the fight.

Uysk looks in cracking shape already. This is his big exposay to the Matchroom casuals that fill stadiums and make Eddie's elite rich. If he rings the Bellend and puts on a good show, it's inevitable he will be earning a nice retirement nest egg next year against Robbie the Robot. He may even win that and get an even bigger wedge of cheese in a rematch.

watching some of bellews fights back, he has 'spotty' stamina.

meaning that he can end a fight with decent energy, but from mid fight on goes through a lot of energy lulls it seems. like he gets tired, goes quiet, then recharges, and repeats. usyk on the other hand after slower early rounds seems to heat up and have pretty much unabating energy

basically, i think, if he doesnt make a dent early, as it goes on hes going to really struggle to keep pace with usyk. its important that he can hurt usyk imo to compensate for usyk probably landing more and having more sustained success.
