Usyk is too skilled and does not over commit so he will not give Bellew to many chances to land big shots. Bellew's only shot to win this fight is to stop Usyk but the cards are too stacked against him given the skill disparity. It should be a good fight though as Bellew has heart, some good skills, and is cagey. At the end of the day I have Usyk by unanimous Decision.

It’s definitely an interesting fight, I’m looking forward to it. Bellew is tough, I like him but he’s not one of those hulking mamouth cw like gassiev and lebedev. Not sure he will be able to deal with the accumulation late into the fight.

it gonna be one-sided and my prediction is that the outcome will be similar to that from Usyk-Huck fight.

I can 100% see this as the outcome.

Would not surprise me one but.

Some saying Caldwell will pull him out, but as Bellew's last fight, he'd want to at least lose on the cards.

It's up to the ref Terry O'Connor to jump in and save Bellew.

This is my prediction too. Usyk breaks Tony's spirit, wears him down and stops him somewhere around 8-10.

Currently we have 88% of us here expecting Usyk to win, and a mere 12% predicting a Bellew victory this Saturday.

Bellew has often been the underdog, but this seems ridiculous. The Bellew / Caldwell combo still look very confident to me. Bellew's speed should not be underestimated, and his understandable caution against Haye might not be required this time.

Usyk prepares like a gladiator but Bellew will come in with a plan. We'll soon see for ourselves what plan they have in mind.

He was around 203 I think, at the 7 day weight check (lighter than Usyk), so I doubt he'll have a problem.

Bellew is no bigger than a cruiserweight, naturally. He's just a bit too fond of the pies.

Bellew has been the underdog against Stevenson (he lost), against Makabu (a crude brawler who sticks his chin out, and very nearly cleaned Tony's clock - never amongst the best in the division), and against a crippled, washed up David Haye. He was roughly even money with Cleverly (look how he fared, when faced with true world class opposition).

This time, Bellew is the underdog against a fighter who has cleaned out his division, is at or near the top of the pound for pound list, and is in his prime.

Big, big difference.

A fighter who barely beats Masternak, and is 1-1 with Nathan Cleverly, SHOULD be the underdog against one of the best fighters we've seen in recent times. There was a reason Tony never wanted to defend his belt against Briedis, and it wasn't just the bigger paydays up at heavyweight.

Bellew's team look relaxed, because they have nothing to lose. They're expected to lose in one-sided fashion. Tony's reputation doesn't suffer, if that's what actually happens.

Oh, Bellew doesn't hold the speed advantage here, either. He's got fast hands for a heavyweight, not for a cruiserweight, and certainly not compared to Usyk.

usyk is clearly the naturally bigger man. they are about the same height but usyk was thicker while at the same time being more cut. he also has 4 inches more reach then bellew

its been pretty strange that some people (well just tommy) have said stuff like 'bellew would be a clear favourite at hw', or that bellew will really struggle with the weight.

whoever is the better man here is the better man period

I agree. :TU:

Tony Bellew’s official weight for both of his David Haye bouts is very likely the typical ring weight of a rehydrated cruiserweight. The 'Bomber' puts on a fair amount of weight between bouts, but certainly not like Ricky Hatton or Tyson Fury.
