Froch’s scorecard was abysmal!
Through 6 he gave Usyk ZERO rounds! 2 rounds he had 10-10.

By far the worst punditry/commentry i have ever seen. I badly miss Jim Watt on Sky.

Abysmal. Usyk clearly won ever round on ring generalship and clean punching.

Usyk is certainly a puncher.
disagree, by puncher i mean someone with above average power, and while hes not feather fisted i dont think he has big power. he can wear guys down and stuff , but that was his first real bang out

i get what moore is saying, bellew had some good moments and landed some good counter shots, gave usyk a lot more to think about then gassiev did, but it was a fight where i think usyk took over after bellews initial success and i dont think bellew wouldve won another round even if he hadnt been stopped then. the fight ending that early almost flatters bellew in a way, because the scores then show a close fight when i think usyk wouldve pulled well ahead if it continued

basically, usyk just took over control and class was really starting to show near the end. bellew i think fought like a world class cruiser, but his opponent just happened to be even a level above that.

they both boxed well imo

It was a last minute decision to get the PPV.
Glad I did.
Happy for Burns. Enjoyed the 4 round swing fight, seen better boxing at primary school, but it was fun.
And Bellew surprised me, I think that was the best I've seen him.
I think it's good to watch Usyk in every fight, even against Bellew, we are watching a legacy here and fighters of his calibre deserve our attention.

Tony give it all he's ever had and was in good shape but he was never winning that, Usyky is too good.

Bellew is so cringeworthy. Imagine being sat next to him on a plane.

At least we won't have to listen to his rubbish now. I don't mind him as a pundit, but in fight mode I can't deal with him

Was I bloody dreaming? I’m sure I werent how can he think anyone thinks Bellew has a tattoo glorifying terrorism wtf!?!?
I was similarly astounded. What a stupid, insensitive thing to say.

The rest of his commentary was as embarrassingly ignorant, uninformative and irrelevant as usual. How long can he continue stealing a living ? Do the bosses at Sky think he’s doing a good job ? The mind boggles.

Exactly! Only Paulie knows how to read a fight.

The crowd played a part. Every 1 punch Bellew landed they roared.

Complete silence when it was the other way around.
Paulie’s non stop waffling annoys me but he reads a fight well.

At the end of the 4th when Smith and Froch were in fits of excitement because Bellew had landed a couple of shots to give him another round in their eyes, Paulie said words to the effect of we can’t give bellew a round in which Usyk was clearly the better fighter just because tony hits him once or twice near the end in an impassioned plea to stop the biased cheerleading but predictably it fell on deaf ears. Only half way through the 7th when Usyk was dominating him did they start to accept what was really happening.

Froch is so poor at scoring fights that his scorecards at the end of rounds are hilarious comedy moments to look forward to in my house.

I think Haye was trying too hard to show that he wasn’t bitter at bellew and was overcompensating in his favour in his analysis.

Usyk showed his class in the end. Bellew started well but he started to fade. It's all about levels and Usyk shows again why he is an elite level boxer.

Thank god I didn’t have to listen to that bunch of slack arsed cronies on sky giving it a load of shite, how long do uk boxing fans gave to put up with this CRAP ?! I tuned into the fairly dull US commentary, but my god it was 100 times preferable to those half wit Smiths & numkskull Froch.

Bellew gave it a good shot but you could see in the round before he wanted out in his panicked eyes, those jabs were sickening, can’t blame him, but that was a nasty ko landing on the ropes like that, glad he’s ok.
