I've seen the Sky team have some shockers but tonight took the biscuit. When that scorecard came on screen i couldn't believe it, and when Haye said "i have it the same" i wondered if it was 1st of April.

i agree, it was just so amateurishly and unproffesionally bad, so obviously doing his best not to score against bellew and the whole thing was just a general bellew blowfest. total cheerleading.

Rubbish, the Sky team of Smith, Froch, Mallignaggi and Haye did a great job with this fight. It was such a close fight and so hard to score the rounds, i loved that one of the commentary team seen it going one way, then another member of the team would immeadiately check the other with their view. Happened several times throughout the fight, and it is no black mark on their performance, it only served to enhance the show and the whole experience.

The fight was very, very close, and i am in the camp that had Bellew 4 up going into the 5th. I forget exactly when i started to score more for Usyk, he definately took over clearly in the final 2 rounds, probably earlier but i need to watch it back, but even in those later rounds, certainly in the 5th and 6th, as Froch was saying, maybe Bellew is starting to show signs of feeling the pace "i hope i'm wrong and he is just playing possom", that to me was such an accurate piece of commentary and 100% on the money, its exactly what i was thinking at that point.

Good fight, great commentary, i have no issue with anyones scoring at all.

lol, if froch is saying he hopes bellew isnt feeling the pace, says a lot about his objectivity, im not sure how thats great commentary rather then cheerleading and clearly biased. i guess if your pulling for bellew its great commentary that youll agree with.

to not give usyk any of the first 5 is rubbish. personally i think he won everything after 3, but lets just look at the 5th...he landed the best punch of the fight up to that point when he landed a flush left to bellews head and had him look a bit stunned, and then won the rest of the round. you even say froch said bellew was startign to feel things. scorign that even just screams of a guy doing his best to have bellew ahead

Got to agree, but it's not just Froch. Britain's sports journalism is terrible. Everybody is mates, or wants to be, with everybody else and objectivity goes out of the window.

Last night may well have been the first time Usyk had ever seen Bellew box and he obviously took a few rounds to have a look and work him out. I thought Coldwell and Bellew had a good plan given what they were up against. The only surprise for me is that it was a one shot finish.

As previously written - boxing journalism & commentary in the U.K. is very biased.

I listened on radio 5 ... was mildly surprised that Bunce is still as bad as he was years ago when cheer leading the Fraudly Harrison bandwagon; Bunce really is a well known idiot though to be fair.

You can really understand why foreign fighters would choose not to fight in the U.K.; it’s as bad here as boxing was in the 90’s in Germany.

Bellew did as well/bad as pre-fight experts predicted. Usyk typically starts slow for 3rnds then takes over; Mid round stoppage was predicted .. and that’s exactly what happened.
Bellew is fortunate that he appears to be getting huge praise for a predictable loss ... his ego ... and his nan will love that.

To be fair, the evidence is irrefutable. Smart meters do give off RF radiation so do increase cancer risk.
