Dinu can box but his career was absolutely wasted by horrible management, obviously he's unbeaten, exclusively had shit fights so far so they assume he will put up at least some resistance resembling a fight but in the end is easy prey.
If he comes prepared & moves intelligently, countering fast in & out, he could give miller a few rounds of work until ultimately big baby walks him down, gets to him enough to force a stoppage.
Still how he deserves that shot, should it be for whatever wba-title is beyond me.
He had/has real boxing talent but wasted away his prime years completely, not once stepping up, finally he does cause no matter what fights hearn get's him it will be a huge improvement in opposition.
Hearn will use him, If he's fit i can see him giving a lot of estimatedly higher ranked guys or up & comers big problems but not miller.
