Frankie Gavin v Kerman Lejarraga

Who can Lejarraga fight at Euro/fringe world level? Bearing in mind it'll likely be fighters who'll travel to Bilbao, which rules out those with big promotional backing i.e. Josh Kelly, who would otherwise probably be looking at the European title at this stage.

Missed this but seems as though world level might be a step too far atm based on the comments.

He's there to be out boxed but the boy is obviously heavy handed credit it to him lovely shot to finish it. Gavin and Skeete are not world level fighters though. In or out of Spain he would have very little chance of beating the top boys of the division. I'd also favour Kelly to box his ears in quite handily

I didn’t get a chance to watch live, but kept up with this thread and just watched the highlights. Seems it went exactly as most people predicted - Frankie made Lejarraga look one-dimensional for a few rounds, but couldn’t sustain it. Where does Gavin go from here?

I believe he is still pretty popular in a Birmingham so can continue boxing at a lower level if he wants to. I am expecting one more to end on a win and retirement.

Did better than I was expecting but just doesn't have the power even with the weight advantage. The man belongs at lightweight and its a real shame that he just couldn't be bothered to be an Olympic Champion amateur and World Champion pro.
