He beat several other world champs too, Miguel Vazquez, Junior Witter, Kendall Holt, Lamont Peterson, Devon Alexander, Joel Casamayor, Ruslan Provodnikov, Juan Manuel Marquez, Jessie Vargas, and Brandon Rios.
He had a pretty decent career, won world titles at super lightweight and welterweight and was 31-0 before losing to Pacquiao. How would you rate him?

He was a skilled boxer and a top competitor of his times. Provodnikov massacre is a highlight of his career, not the biggest scalp, but a truly exciting fight.
