Last time i think I saw him was at British Beef back in Feb and that’s because he co-promoted it.
I know as I spent the day telling my brother (aka Textbook Casual) that AJ was a fcking nonce, overrated, overhyped, a right prick, not even humble and an utter cockwomble..........then I went and got a selfie with him while sucking up and telling him how great he was (and walked off singing Sweet Caroline)![]()

Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
Truth is...:
Joshua doesnt give a fek
I dont think we will see him fight the winner any time soon, he has Whyte, Pulev, Usyk & Miller lined up.
Wilder Vs Fury could end up with a rematch / trilogy and Breazeale & Ortiz are in their somewhere too.

Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
The casuals here have never heard of any of them. I don't see what going to the fight accomplishes.Crazyboy wrote: ↑22 Nov 2018, 12:59 Would surprise me is he is scared....of what exactly? whats to be scared about?
There must be a reason stopping him and maybe it is sponsorship stuff, I just can't see any reason for him not to go there. Makes total sense surely to keep all the casuals happy and see the winner and him face of in the ring like usually happens after the result.
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
Not sure why anyone cares. This is the real fight. Fury never lost his belts he took from Klitchko now he faces Wilder for the WBC.
Hearn and Joshua are all about stubhubbing Wembley against a TBA opponent that has a date free in the diary. Big stiff idiot.

Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
Not that any of this is important, but Joshua said the fight is too late and he prefers to get up and watch the highlights.
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
he lost all his belts because he was a slob who didnt meet any obligations that he needed to to remain champ. by fight time his best win in 3 years will be a shopworn pianetaa
getting his block knocked off dec 1
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
I agree, but he still didn't lose they belts in the square circle.

Yes, he's undefeated for another week. Sparked in 1.RKY wrote: ↑24 Nov 2018, 11:48I agree, but he still didn't lose they belts in the square circle.
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
I can visualize a few outcomes, but one round isn't one of them. Fury will have some early round success and then clown around rounds 4 and 5, which will lead to him getting KTFO.Onetimeonly wrote: ↑24 Nov 2018, 12:12Yes, he's undefeated for another week. Sparked in 1.

He did suffer from depression to be fair not like he was just lazy
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
I'll deffo be having a small wager on Wilder r1. The wild 1 will have alot of bervous energy to burn in what is his biggest fight by a mile. Might translate into some serious r1 windmill action.oogiebe wrote: ↑24 Nov 2018, 12:16I can visualize a few outcomes, but one round isn't one of them. Wilder's Manager Addresses Joshua Not Being Ringside
"Unfortunately the fight's on too early for me, so I'll be sleeping, but I enjoy watching the highlights," said Joshua, 29, to Aaron Stokes of The Daily Star.
"I need Wilder to win. That way it gives me more of an opportunity to fight him, because as a champion, if he retains his belt. I think that's the fight people have been yearning for.”
Wilder-Fury was made immediately after Wilder-Joshua negotiations failed in June, and Wilder's co-manager, Shelly Finkel, said “The Bronze Bomber” will respond to an updated and offered two-fight unification deal from “AJ’s” promoter, Eddie Hearn, "After Deontay knocks out Fury."
“If Joshua really wanted this fight, why doesn’t he come to the fight?”said Finkel, who also advised Klitschko. “If [Joshua] wants this fight, then after [Wilder beats] Fury, they will put a legitimate offer on the table and we’ll accept it or we won’t. And if they don't put down a reasonable offer, we’ll move on.”
“Takam rocked Joshua as did Povetkin, who almost got dropped by David Price in his previous fight. With Parker, Joshua didn’t’ know what to do and it went the distance without Parker being dropped. The fight before [Takam,] Joshua fought Klitschko, who couldn’t beat Fury in his previous fight,” said Finkel of Klitschko, who was trained by Hall of Famer Emanuel Steward before his death in October 2012.
“If Emanuel Steward were alive, Joshua would never have gotten up from that [sixth-round] knockdown and the fight would have ended in that round because Emanuel would have been screaming his head off at him. But if you take a look at the opponents Deontay is fighting compare to Joshua’s, I believe Deontay should be No. 1.”
“People forget or overlook how dangerous Ortiz is,” said Finkel of Ortiz, who pursues his fourth stoppage in five fights against Travis Kauffman (32-2, 23 KOs) on the Wilder-Fury undercard.
“Eddie Hearn made a deal with [Ortiz] to keep him from fighting Joshua, yet Deontay fought Ortiz and beat him. Deontay will also fight and beat Fury. At that point, when you match up the resumes, who has Joshua fought that makes him No. 1 and not Deontay?"

I'll do 1, 1-3, by ko and the under. I can't see this going the distance. Fury's best chance is a ko too.RKY wrote: ↑24 Nov 2018, 12:23I'll deffo be having a small wager on Wilder r1. Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
Worth a shot all things considered. I figure Fury will have some nerves himself. It's been a lot of years since he had a big fight. If Fury comes out cold, it could be a very short evening.RKY wrote: ↑24 Nov 2018, 12:23I'll deffo be having a small wager on Wilder r1. Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
finkel is basically just wilders hearn
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
Whether he's there or not he's gonna have to face the winner of this bout to legitimize himself as the man to beat.
Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
Then he'll have to face the winner of the rematch. One of these 2 guys MUST be in AJ's future or he'll never be The Boss of the division.

Re: Anthony Joshua will NOT attend Wilder-Fury
I already have £100 on wilder ko, but im hoping to make some scrilla on the undercard that i can roll on wilder. With Yarde & Joyce etc i think there will be some value betting on early KOs.Onetimeonly wrote: ↑24 Nov 2018, 12:25I'll do 1, 1-3, by ko and the under. I can't see this going the distance. I agree about Fury too, i think his best chance of winning is ramming 1 right down the middle.
