This fight should've been made at that time. :box:

Cotto at the back end of his career. GGG via annihilation.

So you’re proposing a bout between a 35 year old past-his-prime veteran version of Miguel Cotto that was also a former super-lightweight and was essentially only big enough to be considered as a legit super welterweight, having to compete with a size disadvantage against an unbeaten prime version of a 33 year old GGG that had been competing at 165lbs as an amateur and 160lbs as a pro for more than sixteen years?

To make matters worse, you’re proposing a catchweight of 158lbs as well.

What a fµck¡ng stupid thread! :brick:

Empty One you senile moron, Cotto was winning the mw lineal title by fighting a 39 y/o one legged Martinez at 158 lbs cw. So I put the max. limit of the weight accepted by Cotto vs a full fledged middleweight like Golovkin. Once again that fight was for the lineal mw title but Cotto was too much of a diva and fought for it at 158 cw and then at 155 cw.

Now crawl back under your rock and take a nap. :OhYes: :TU:

It seems to me that Apollo Creed makes a lot of threads about GGG, where he KNOWS, the responses will be positive..

Kinda like this. Everyone and their cat knows what would be the outcome of this fight.

I love GGG, love watching him fight.. but this is a bit...

Instead of Canelo, it should've been Golovkin vs Cotto at that time. :TU:

No doubt about it mate.

Unfortunately an arrangement was made and then another one was made while GGG had to take care of Wade, Canelo fought Khan.

Maybe back in 2015, GGG would have gotten a clear win over Canelo.
