Tyson of '89 beats both Ali (70s) or Clay (60s) probably by TKO.
The best match-up is Tyson/Clay in '66; great battle and Ali's best chance; he would have to keep moving and could win on cuts, but will have to pull himself up off the floor at least once before it's over. Still think: Tyson proves too much for Clay.
On the other hand, once Tyson's overwhelming brute force and incessant combinations diminish, that is, Tyson post prison, he stands in front of the wiser Ali and loses a UD; or stands in front of the young lighting fast Clay, and is stopped (TKO.)

- As endlessly analyzed, Mike and Ali can be followed seamlessly up the timeline from their debut to identical title records, 10-0, 8 KO, before the wheels first come off. Mike was more dominating against bigger, stronger, better comp without any controversies or poor performances as Ali had, and has already earned more than Ali's career earnings in spite of only 3 yrs separating their first and last fights.
Then Ali at 27 years charged with draftdodging to go on a 3 year sabbatical of redemption. Tyson at 23 years loses his HOF team, diagnosed as bipolar, and placed on experimental pychotropic sedatives after a suicide attempt before knocking out Buster Douglass. Alas he's doublecrossed by the ref as the set up by DKing for near 4 years of trial and prison.
Ali comes back hungry, gets set back by Frazier, regains his title, but not always in shape or motivated to really fight and controversial fights still abound. Tyson is clueless about his being looted by King and barely more than a drugged 4 rd slugger still destroying his opposition when not blowing himself up for yet another year of prison. Ali more consistent in this phase, but Mike still the dominating performances no matter his failures.
I'd more prefer Me vs RicketyMortis with him in his prime on a barge using LondonPrize Ring Rules, the origins of not only boxing, but also the MMA.
