No wonder wilder ranks so high on the connect percentage in the meaningless computer stats, His run of HW defences are some of the poorest opponents ever seen.

Mark Barriga fighting Carlos Licona for the vacant IBF Strawweight title on this card, anyone know if this is getting shown? Be lucky if ive seen 5 Strawweight fights on tv ever, both guys are unbeaten, Barriga is 9-0 with 1 KO and Licona is 13-0 with 2 KOs so its safe to say this looks like a distance fight

Sorry if this has already been covered, but I can't really be bothered to trawl through the previous 25 pages.

Is there no way whatsoever, if you don't have cable/satellite TV of buying this fight? With Sky Sports you can buy PPV's whether you have Sky or not via their app, but nothing like that for BT Sport?

I don't really have to stress myself out trying to get a stream or venture into town to a pub.

WBC world title bout to be broadcast on BBC Radio 5 live

Tyson Fury's bid to win the WBC world heavyweight title from undefeated American Deontay Wilder this weekend will be broadcast on BBC Radio 5 live.

Briton Fury, 30, is trying to become a world champion for the second time in his career.

Commentator Mike Costello will call the action from Los Angeles' Staples Center from about 04:00 GMT on Sunday.

"Highly respected pundits have widely differing views on what might happen. In reality, anything could," he said.

"Wilder and Fury could hardly be more different, in personality and style.

"My predecessors covering boxing on 5 live were ringside for the last big heavyweight showdown at the Staples Center - when Lennox Lewis beat Vitali Klitschko on a dramatic night in 2003 and marked the end of Lewis' career. So it will be a privilege to be part of the BBC team at what promises to be another landmark event."

The bout - Fury's third since returning to the sport after a 30-month period of inactivity - will also be covered in a live text commentary on the BBC Sport website, where users will be able to listen to the 5 live coverage.

If you're a BT customer, with the app? I'm not a customer and only have freeview telly.

You can't just buy a PPV singularly?

You have to register with BT Sport to use the app but all it asks for is name, email address and payment details to pay for the fight. I think this should allow anyone without Sky/BT/Virgin to watch on their phone or tablet.

I reckon the first 6 rounds of this will be a snooze fest. Both very cagey.

Can't see how it catches fire to be honest.

Still looking forward to it for the novelty value

Have any of you guys forked out for the PPV yet?
I'm waiting until a couple of hours before the fight- after checking BS and a few other places to make sure it's still on....
I still don't have 100% confidence it will happen.
How pessimistic am I
