Vladyslav Sirenko: Worth Watching

Post by oogiebe »

Something about this 23 Y/O makes me believe he may have a future. Shows some hand quickness and a good left hook counter. His next fight is against an over the hill and quickly aging Manuel Alberto Pucheta, but perhaps the kid can learn a thing or two.

Sirenko is slated for the first pro fight in his native Ukraine on 12/15 which should be interesting. The talent pool in Europe is deeper at HW than in South Africa, so if he continues to campaign there it could prove to be a good career move.

TKO 3 over Edson Cesar Antonio on undercard of Stevenson/Gvozdyk. The kid looks better each fight!

Yes I did, and Teslenko is the better fighter.

Main asset is the lead hand... short and long range... very efficient in combos. Been keeping an eye on him. Still lots of work needed and some tests to be passed to say his lead hand pop is efficient at higher levels.
