Rd 2 = Ortiz expending early energy with little result. Kauffman defending well. Well schooled for this. Ortiz headhunting too much. If he went body he could finsh this.

Kauffman is milking it a little. Getting a nice rest.

He’s beating the living daylights out of a man that appears to dye his beard and carries about 40lbs worth of excess weight.oogiebe wrote: ↑01 Dec 2018, 22:52Well watch him now and appreciate the in ring skills. I like his stuff.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑01 Dec 2018, 22:51 I can’t tell if I don’t really appreciate Luis Ortiz, because I don’t feel that he’s ever delivered a truly impressive performance inside the ring as a pro, or if others have banged on about him so much that I dislike the Cuban purely out of second-born petulance.
For a fighter that possesses a “fearsome” reputation like Ortiz does, shouldn’t “King Kong” be facing someone much better than Travis Kauffman?
I don’t want to portray myself as a hater, but the Cuban has never earned the reputation he’s gained from fight fans, at least not in the pro ranks.

Rd 3 = now Ortiz throws a bod or two but not enough. Too much head. Ortiz throws low. Timeout. Good right but Kauffman throwing back a bit now.
30-27 Ortiz but Kauffman making him reach and work.

Haha! Kauffman putting his hands in the air and just gets caught clean
Re: Round-by-Round: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury - December 1, 2018
Rd 4 = Kauffman baits Ortiz into expending energy. This could get interesting if Ortiz can’t hurt him.

Ortiz very accurate here.
Might finish soon. All one-sided.

Rd 5 = the body is there and Ortiz has largely ignored it. He could have had lumpy out of there if he had invested. Kauffman trying to counter now with a bit of success.

Good KD. Ortiz thought it was finished or just showboating. Going on the top corner.

Luis Ortiz is looking distinctly average against a very poor Travis Kauffman.
Re: Round-by-Round: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury - December 1, 2018
Ortiz hoaxed Kaufman well and caught him.
Re: Round-by-Round: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury - December 1, 2018
Rd 6 = HUUGE SHOT PUTS LUMPY DOWN. But he beats count. Kauffman recovers well.

Lot of talent, gets good results, but leaves me strangely coldEnlightened-One wrote: ↑01 Dec 2018, 22:51 I can’t tell if I don’t really appreciate Luis Ortiz, because I don’t feel that he’s ever delivered a truly impressive performance inside the ring as a pro, or if others have banged on about him so much that I dislike the Cuban purely out of second-born petulance.

Kauffman is moving aroundz Ortiz has to catch him. If Kauffman is just gonna stand and trade, it would have been over by now.

Rd 7 = for his age Ortiz has good stamina, so far. Nice right Kauffman. Not enough.
