ROUND BY ROUND: WILDER VS FURY - 1 December 2018
Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Yeah he's about 80
Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Ortis looks too big and solid for Kauffman
Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Kaufman looking a little shakey.

Round Three
Ortiz's corner tells him to take him out, because Kauffman's just running. If Ortiz wasn't so much older, and stalking, he'd be able to cut Kauffman off. Ortiz lands a low blow. Ortiz starts tee'ing off. Kauffman on the back foot.

Round Four
More of the same. Kauffman's clearly interested in just surviving. Ortiz let's his hands go. More of the same. I don't believe Kauffman has any real power, so Ortiz needs to stop respecting him and just clean his clock.

"Look at me everybody. I ain't knocked out yet!"
Throwing your hands up in the air, and celebrating like you're doing something when you ain't doing sh*t is annoying as all hell.

Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Ortis winning everything but managing to look pretty pedestrian doing it.
Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Putting Ortiz in fights like these seems counterproductive. He keeps looking shit against shit opponents.
He should just focus on ranked opponents to gett the title shot.

Starting to think it'll go the distance.

Round Five
Ortiz tripling on the jab. Ortiz landing the left hand. If Ortiz is the #2 contender, I hate to see him in a rematch with Wilder let alone fight Fury because he should be putting Kauffman away.

The sanctioning bodies rank tons of people, he'd get fights with some of them.

All I can say is if this continues on this'll be the perfect opportunity to take a piss.... HOLY CRAP! Finally Ortiz drops Kauffman for an 8-count... Ortiz for whatever reason doesn't follow up that advantage... I don't get it...

He had a minor alphabet strap and was some sort of mandatory for years. His shot ended up voluntary.BitPlayer wrote: ↑01 Dec 2018, 23:13The sanctioning bodies rank tons of people, he'd get fights with some of them.

Round Seven
More stalking... More back foot from Kauffman... Zzzzzz.... Ortiz looking like he's 49 than 39... I sometimes wonder if he ever broke out from the amateur mindset... These kinds of fights show that Wilder's win over Ortiz is somewhat overblown.

THat was a predictable commentary. I hate wilder ergo I must devolve Ortiz.HomicideHenry wrote: ↑01 Dec 2018, 23:17 Round Seven

Ortiz is really pissing me off here. I bet on him to win inside the distance and he's really pissing around

Round Eight
Kauffman gets dropped straight out of the gate by Ortiz... Kauffman continues on in the fight.. Goes back to slow action... Again I don't understand why Ortiz doesn't follow up the attack... Either he physically cannot or he is just on the back burner.

Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Ortiz is winning easy, he just doesn't have the gears anymore to force a guy out who just wants to survive.
He'd look better if his opponent had an ambition beyond going the distance.

Kauffman has good powers of recovery. You have to give him that.

Round Nine
Kauffman talking smack, even trying to rough Ortiz on the inside. Ortiz lands low twice in the round. Ortiz let's the hands go. Probably the best round of the fight, but, not all that exciting.

Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
This Ortiz fight is a fuckin farce! He's toying with this guy! Has he been told by the tv bosses to kill some time?
Re: WILDER VS FURY, ROUND BY ROUND
Kauffman giving the most annoying kinda performance a guy can give in Boxing.
