Why ?? Absolutely shot to pieces.

He has made A LOT of money and he has lost his last five fights. ( He clearly lost to Aron Martinez)

A LOT of money is probably relative.

It wasn't the kind of money that elite fighters earn. Certainly not enough to last of lifetime.

Wasn't Guerrero's wife seriously ill a few years back?

I'm not certain of her current health status but she may still require ongoing, expensive medical care.

So I would understand Guerrero's need to earn money the best way he knows how--by fighting.

He's no longer a contender but he remains somewhat of a name, so Guerrero can still pull in decent purses just by appearing.

Here are my predictions for the winners of all eleven bouts for the Staples Arena fight card on the 1st December:

• Deontay Wilder
• Jarrett Hurd
• Robert Guerrero
• Mark Anthony Barriga
• Luis Ortiz
• Joe Joyce
• Chris Arreola
• Anthony Yarde
• Isaac Lowe
• Jesse Rodriguez
• Marsellos Wilder

Apart from the main event, whereby Fury definitely stands a chance to score an upset, the other bouts on the fight card seem pretty one-sided in nature?

Does anyone disagree with any of the victors I’ve predicted? :-?

With the exception of the outcome of the Wilder-Fury bout, whereby nobody barring Abel Sanchez predicted a draw, I accurately anticipated the result of the undercard fights (except for Barriga's loss to Licona):

I was also tantalisingly close to accurately predicting how the Wilder-Fury bout would play out as well. However, The Gypsy King’s recovery during the 12th round, where he bounced back from the canvas similar to The Undertaker's famous revival tactic of appearing to be knocked clean out, before sitting ominously back up as his opponent celebrated, scuppered a very decent fight card prediction.

In my own defence though, I was mocked for claiming (back in April) that Tyson Fury should be considered as AJ’s biggest threat, but I suspect that most people probably agree with me now.

I also predicted the manner in which Oleksandr Gvozdyk would overcome Adonis Stevenson.

So it seems that I did pretty well with my predictions last night. I’ll probably fail miserably the next time I attempt to predict the outcome of so many bouts again, but at least I can say I got it right at least once. :TU: I just wish I'd placed some bets,

How did you guys get on? :-?

Had Wilder v Fury off but everything else that I bothered with I got right. The only one that was ever in doubt was Stevenson v Gvozdyk though. The rest were foregone conclusions upon announcement.

Congrats! :TU:
 That was a spot on call on Gvozdyk v Stevenson. I figured 10 or 11 based on the Badou fight.

Gvozdyk is a force, but I still have Alvarez rated above him.
