Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Daddy Hearn has said "no fackin chance" to a 50/50.
But after the weekend, Fury has arguable gained himself a portion of international interest.
So how do we see the split now?

Personally I think Fury would fight for free. Cant wait for the 'Big stiff idiot" rot come out his mouth again

Maybe Fury should demand terrestrial tv, he is the fighter of the people, he won't care about having less money

Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
I think a 60/40 split in Joshua’s favour would be fair.
Although in pure commercial value, it’s probably 99/1 in favour of Joshua, so I can see why he might be reluctant to give 40% to Fury.

Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
they won't take 50/50 so 60/40
Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Another poll about Matchroom purse splits.

On a serious note
Wilder v Fury was all about the fight.
Whenever people talk about Hearn and Joshua it's all about the money
Says it all really

50/50. All the belts he's got are the Gypsy Kings anyway
Tyson was on at half time in the Man U/Arsenal game earlier saying he wants the Wilder rematch at Old Trafford in the summer. Dunno how much of a realistic chance they'd have of setting that up but I like the sound of it.
AJ will probably fight Whyte in April anyway providing he beats DelBoy

Don't really care. Don't get why anybody does to be honest. If the fighters find their pay agreeable, and step into the ring that should be good enough for us. We ain't spending any of it.

But to be fair, that just comes with the territory of being one of the biggest draws in the sport. Exactly the same happened whenever Mayweather was fighting.

Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Fury would do it for $1 as long as Joshua signed on the dotted line. That's the difference between men and boys. Wilder and Joshua are all about the cash. Fury gives his cash away.
Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Fighting for $1 would be what a boy would do. How much could Fury give away if he fought for $1? Negotiate a fair contract and he will have plenty to care for his family as well as far more to give to others.HomicideHenry wrote: ↑05 Dec 2018, 22:51 Fury would do it for $1 as long as Joshua signed on the dotted line. Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Anyone who thinks Fury gave his entire purse away is mad. 30% of AJ money could be 15-20m. He’s not going skint.

To be fair, fighting for $1 is a pretty boyish thing to do when he has a wife & 5 kids at home.HomicideHenry wrote: ↑05 Dec 2018, 22:51 Fury would do it for $1 as long as Joshua signed on the dotted line. Wilder only got into boxing to help get money for his daughter. That's a man stepping up right there to be a good dad.
Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Agreed, Tyson may give 1 or 2m away but he sure as hell won't be giving the reported 8m away.mickey1975 wrote: ↑06 Dec 2018, 01:29 Anyone who thinks Fury gave his entire purse away is mad. 30% of AJ money could be 15-20m. He’s not going skint.

Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
The split should be 50-50. If it was/is then there is no excuse if one of them walks away from negotiations. Don’t get me wrong, they will argue right the way down to who walks out first etc., but if Joshua and Hearn are offered 50-50 and balk at it then that will tell its own story. I would imagine that they will also ditch the usual face offs and limit it to a single presser then a highly secure weigh-in. I can't see Hearn and Joshua going face-to-face with Fury on a regular basis or doing one of those The Gloves Are Off shows.

Aj and Matchroom are greedy bastids. More bothered about an extra million quid that they dont need an will never spend, than Aj fighting the best
I only want to see Fury vs Wilder rematch next

Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
I'd say that if there was an inkling that the fight could be made it would be fairly easy to make from the Fury side of the equation, especially if the split was 50-50. The problems would lie elsewhere.Oiky wrote: ↑06 Dec 2018, 05:46Yeah 100%, couple of divasMF DOOM wrote: ↑06 Dec 2018, 05:28 The split should be 50-50. Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Fastcar would say that, he's very protective of Joshua's box office appeal. Understandably so.
Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
Yep, I actually find the whole negotiating thing quite boring. Fastcar likes talking about it but it's his job, just do it and tell us fans what's actually happening. That's how I see it anyway. That Josh vs Wilder back and forth, they said this, we said that, really bored me.
Re: Fury vs AJ Split **POLL**
If Fury beats Wilder in a rematch he should offer AJ 30%.
Fury is a far greater self-promoter than that boring drug dealer. Joshua's just a well-polished sky mascot.
